Return Policies

At B H Water Purification, we want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you order. We have a 30-day return guarantee. (Opened filters, media, resins, and other like materials are non-refundable, non-returnable.)

We offer exchanges, store credit, or refund for all returns items

• Important instructions - Fill out and submit the form below. We will respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and address to return it. Return your package and attention it to the RMA Department. Mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. All return for refunds will be processed within 30 days. All return for replacements will be processed within 2-3 business days.

• Please note that returns without an RMA number marked clearly outside the box will be refused.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable!

• All refunds are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

• If an item needs to be returned due to a mistake by us or due to a product defect, your replacement item(s) will be sent to you without charging you a shipping charge (EXCLUDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS) and the postage you paid to return the product back to us, up to $5.00, in the form of a gift certificate for you to redeem next time you shop with us (returns for quality, unless defective, do not qualify). All returns back to us should be shipped with a carrier that will issue a tracking number to ensure that we receive it back.

• Please note: Once your item is delivered, you have 30 days to return or exchange it (less shipping).

B H Water Purification will not accept any returns after 30 days.
